Our Peppermint flavored Chocolate Fudge recipe will not disappoint. It's a perfect holiday treat (or gift) and goes great with a Candy Cane.
The Rochester Fudge Company specializes in handmade fudge, created with a copper kettle and marble slab. Upper Michigan is known for fabulous fudge, and now you don't need to make the trek to Mackinac Island to get this classic treat.
Ingredients: Sugar, Heavy Whipping Cream (Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80, carrageenan), Half & Half, Cocoa Powder, Butter, Citric Acid, Peppermint Extract. Contains Milk.
Sold in 1/2 pound increments (depending on what event we are preparing for, your fudge may arrive as one 1/2 lb piece or two 1/4 lb pieces), it makes a great gift - or dice it up for a unique platter at your next party. Eat some now, freeze some for later!
